You can make a booking via phone or text on 0448861758. Messages via Facebook and Instagram and emails are not monitored for bookings.

We accept cash and have EFTPOS facilities
CAN I STAY DURING GROOMING?
You are welcome to assist with nail clipping however for all other services we ask that you leave your dog with us. Often dogs are calmer without their owners around. Your dog loves you and wants to be near you, however during grooming we need your dog to focus on us. We will take the utmost of care with your dog and by allowing us to build a relationship with your dog will help ensure your dog feels safe and calm during grooming.
MY DOG IS A PUPPY/SENIOR/ANXIOUS/DOG REACTIVE/A HANDFUL....
That's no problem at all, just let us know when you are booking your appointment. We have lots of experience with all of these scenarios and will work with you and your dog to achieve the best outcome.
WHY DON'T YOU HAVE A PRICE LIST?
Quoting for grooming can be a bit tricky. We have a price guide that we work off however after years of experience we have found that even within breeds size and coat condition can vary. The more information you can give us regarding breed, size/weight, coat length/condition, temperament the closer our estimate will be (recent photos can help too). We will always give you an approximate price prior to grooming.
HOW DO YOUR APPOINTMENT TIMES WORK?
We offer one on one appointment times throughout the day. Appointment times start from 9am Mon-Sat. Please ensure you are on time for your appointment. Customers who are 15 minutes or more late may be asked to reschedule. We will contact you when yout dog is finished and ask that you collect your dog as soon as possible.
WHAT EXTRA FEES MAY BE APPLICABLE?
Extra fees may apply for no-shows, last minute cancellations, excessive matting and fleas. We will let you know if any of these may be applied and the amount. As of 1st Oct 2022 No-show and cancellations within 24hrs will incur a fee of 50% of groom which must be paid prior to any future bookings.
WHAT IS A DESHED?
A deshed treatment doesn't actually stop shedding as this is a natural cycle your dog's coat goes through, however it does remove the majority of dead and loose hair so you see less of it around your house. It is useful for both short haired dogs like Labradors, Jack Russells, Pugs and long haired double coated breeds such as Border Collies, Golden Retrievers, Huskys etc. We use specialised products to loosen the hair and our high velocity dryers to blast the hair out before using appropriate tools for your dogs coat. Brushing every few days after their treatment will further assist with the hair loss.
