The K9 Shed is a local family run home-based dog grooming salon based in Armidale, New South Wales focused on making your dog the best version of themselves. You are guaranteed quality services and products with 2 experienced professional groomers who have completed behavioural, low stress handling and grooming training. We treat all dogs as our own and firmly believe in building trusting relationships with our 2&4 legged customers. As absolute dog lovers and breeders we understand that there are many facets that lead to happy and healthy dogs. This led us to starting The K9 Korner where we stock a range of quality products to keep your dog happy, healthy and entertained.
Grooming Services
The K9 Shed caters for all dogs up to 20kgs. Our entire business has been set up with your dog's best interests at the foreground, from our equipment, tools and products to our set up, how we talk to and act around your pet even the quality of treats we use. Whether you have a puppy needing a gentle introduction to grooming, a smelly staffy, an oodle or a double coat we have the experience and skills to bring out their best look. Once your dog is looking their best we can capture their perfection in our in-house photography studio. If you would like photos please let us know when booking your appointment. Photo shoots can be viewed here.
The K9 Shed is a low-volume salon. We endeavour to have minimal dogs in the salon at any one time. To achieve this all appointments are by booking only and dogs are collected as soon as they are finished. FAQs about our business can be found here and our policies and procedures can be found here. We are proud to be Dogs Australia/ANKC (Australian National Kennel Club) registered breeders of Black and Brown Miniature Poodles from MyFlair lines. Our puppies will be raised using Puppy Culture protocols to assist us in producing social, confident and happy family pets.
